Is this a suitable replacement for a USI-7795?

This unit was installed in my bedroom - as long as the plug is the same as your USI-7795 it should be fine.

Does this replace model 1204?

Unfortunately, there is not a direct replacement for the USI-1204. Any unit you purchase other than the 1204 unit, you will have to change the wiring and mounting.

Does this replace model USI-3204?

I cannot remember if the one we replaced had this model number

The USI-5304 is the only direct replacement for the USI-5204 that has been discontinued.
