A MUST-HAVE KITCHEN GADGET!!!
This is a very handy, efficient and affordable kitchen gadget that everyone should have! So useful, for so many foods and recipes. I plan to use this mandolin to slice and dry onions, potatoes and fruit for pantry storage and later use in recipes like soups and stews. The quality of this mandolin is truly impressive and the uniformity of the food slices is just super nice!

Safe Mandolin Slicer for Kitchen
I bought this to cut carrots. So far that's all I've used it. I buy carrots to cut up and throw out for the rabbits plus rabbit food, bird seed for the birds and peanuts for the squirrels. It was a nuisance to cut up the carrots with a knife so this works so much better and a lot easier. So not sure how it will work for anything else.

Safe & easy to use and clean
I dig this!!! Made my cucumber slicing a lot faster! I did have to pick out the wonky/small slices to get the astatic I was looking for jarred pickles. Used it for my potatoes too & loved it.

It works but it is messy
It works, it does the job, but it is messy the onion's juice spills all ove the tray that catches the slices is not big enough to hold slices so they fall to the sides

Very handy, easy to use.
I love it especially for slicing carrots. Easy to clean unless you're cutting potatoes or other starchy food. With carrots, just a quick rinse. Definitely recommend
