Soft Tasty cookies. I think i might notice a supply increase? I got these for the time of the month when my supply dips. Hoping to start noticing a bigger difference in the next day.

So good! Definitely recommend these cookies they taste wonderful! I do believe they helped produce more milk but along with eating them I try to stay very hydrated. Compared to other brands I’ve tried I chose to buy these.
