Good mood lifter for those bleak moments.. don't know about taking it every day but once or twice when mood + energy is stopping you getting out of bed. It doesn't 'make you happy' but it's a good adapteagen for brushing off life's/people's BS during a busy day. Also it doesn't exactly give you energy but it gives you masses of endurance so ever after a long day at work your still up for that gym session or the house chores 👍... Also weird side effect is if you work outside like I do it helps with environmental stresses like heat and cold and helps prevent that damage on the skin too.

Improved energy and focus. Bad night sleep forgotten.
My naturopath recommend this for me. Notice an immediate change in energy/focus/mental alertness.Best taken on a empty stomach first thing in the morning. When/if I have a bad night's kip a 500-1000mg dose of l-tyrosine sorts me all out and the fatigue forgotten. So if after you wake up after a nights rest and feel you are already on the back foot give it a try.Although I rate Solgar as a good and trusted brand, I only rate this product 4 stars at it contains a bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose which although found in most supplements it completely disagrees with my gut.Otherwise highly recommended. Wish I knew about this product sooner.

Arrived on time so pleased. Also pleased with the email updates sent to me which kept me informed of delivery etc. I am just in to two days usage of the capsules since arrival. So I writing limited review / and knowledge of how the product has benefited me. I do feel livier and more positive and also calmer . Whether that is due to the products input or the knowledge that I have a product that will in time provide the above mentioned befits - I will let you know in a further update . To date all seems positive with no ill side effects.
