Great. The results are a little confusing to read. Helped a friend. Had to reread it several times to make sure I understood it. They used legal jargin. Just use normal language! Confuses people. Fairly quick return time. My friend was happy with the results.

Very easy, accurate and affordable. I was worried about hiding fees but everything is included on the price. You don’t even need to pay to ship the samples… And for the people that complain the report doesn’t come with names, it makes sense they don’t put the names since nobody is verifying ID’s and you doing the test yourself. They just got the info provided by the costumer and of course they can’t prove the accuracy of any of this information.. My husband and I weren’t sure about one of his children and did the test and came 0 percent of paternity and now we can securely start the court proceedings since we’re sure isn’t his daughter. Very satisfying with the results !

I am extremely disappointed with this DNA test kit. After purchasing it, we spent months trying to register the kit, only to repeatedly receive errors. When we finally contacted customer support, we were told the registration code had already been used and was apparently linked to someone else’s account. This means the kit we paid for was completely unusable through no fault of our own. Since the package had already been opened while trying to complete the registration process, we were left with an expensive product that could not be used. Customer service offered no real solution or accountability for the issue, despite this clearly appearing to be a problem with the kit or its registration system. If registration codes can already be assigned to someone else, there needs to be a better process to protect customers from receiving unusable kits. I would strongly recommend buying directly from a different manufacturer or a trusted source, or at the very least confirming the company’s policy before purchasing. Based on my experience, this was a frustrating waste of both time and money.

I recently used the Paternity DNA test service and overall had a very positive experience. The turnaround time was impressively fast, and the professionalism and responsiveness from the team gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. The expedited service was greatly appreciated. I do have a few suggestions that could improve the customer experience even further. First, the instructional video should mention that the sample needs to “air-dry” for approximately 60 seconds before packaging, as this step was not clearly shown. Second, it would feel more secure if the sample could be placed into something sturdier or more protective than a plain white envelope. Lastly, when the results are delivered, it would be helpful if they were presented in a more simplified format using clear wording such as “POSITIVE” or “NEGATIVE” for easier understanding. Other than these minor suggestions, I was very satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend the service to others.

The results were not ready in 2 days. It ended up being about 5 days but that is still pretty good.

I ordered this and did the test exactly as instructed, got on the website and registered it. It says the only extra costs you should have to pay outside of the 60 something you pay on here is if you want extra add ons. After I registered it the website told me I owed zero. Mailed it out and tracked it they received it pretty quickly but after a few days we started getting emails saying the results were ready but we needed to call them to make the payment we still owed. Which confused me since it said we didn't owe anything so I tried to call the number during their business hours and at first I had a 15 minute wait time but the longer I was on hold the longer the wait time started getting, it was telling me my time was 20 minutes for over 30. So eventually I hung up because no one was answering I tried to login to the website to find some way to contact anyone but there was nothing there either. you could submit a ticket and get an response back supposedly but no one was responding to that either. So long story short they will ask for more money but not actually tell you why or how much and you wont be able to get ahold of anyone to answer any questions.

Fast shipping and easy to use. Just make sure you read the instructions and follow them properly. The results came back pretty after they received the samples. They also email you they receive them and give you the day your results should be ready. Everything is pretty clear to understand if you pay attention to the directions.

This is a scam be aware They will never give results even if you pay twice Amazon should block such products.
