I've ordered from another place and never had this happen.... The first 2 uses the ink just got everywhere usually it takes a little for the ink to start coming through the felt. Also when we were almost done with it the top came off... luckily it was pretty much empty Could of just been a bad top

Not long lasting!
Not long lasting on poly. It marked all over my balls with in 5-10 minutes of play. I wish I could return it! Don't buy.

Great Red Ink
I strung poly mains with synthetic crosses, put a symbol on the strings and played less than an hour later with no marks on the balls. Please note I live in AZ, and everything here in the desert dries quickly, so I believe that is part of it. If you live in a humid area, I would try hitting it with a blow dryer for a minute of so...
