Quick, convenient and great flavor
Got these energy stick to try as I already like their regular karma waters. I wasn't expecting too much but have found myself reordering these and the other energy packets frequently. The raspberry peach is my favorite but the others are good too. They are super easy to use, just pour the stick in a water bottle or cup and mix. They do seem to give me just a little more energy and focus in the mornings when I remember to make one. I love that they don't have all the junk and calories most energy drinks have. If you already like karama water these are definitely worth a try.

The flavor and hydration is very good.
I really like this product, but I think it's a little expensive for what you get. The taste is a little too strong for a whole stick in 16-18 oz of water, so I needed to split it in half and that works better for me.
