Disappointing
Same topic is repeated unnecessarily in various chapters instead of explaining new things

Healthy nails
Different therapy described in the book. Informative. Subject is not vast but helpful. Short and sweet type. Terminology in book may not be understandable. Seems to be translation. With this book, readers can know about their body through nails.

Magnífico libro para acupuntura de microsistemas
Muy interesante el estudio del Dr Jae Woo sobre zonas reflejas en manos y pies. Amplio, detallado, práctico y sencillo.

All info available online for free
It’s very basic and not much of a practical use. The information in this book is available online for free, it’s just a basic explanation of what Sujok is. Like an into pamphlet, a brochure, but you can hardly call it a book. In my opinion not worth the money

The information is great but the overall quality is terrible
Su Jok is a fascinating field of therapy that brings the popular Reflexology method of treatment to a whole new level. It has many similarities with the Western Reflexology, which is also very popular in Korea. The author, Dr. Park Jae-Woo (recently deceased), has spent years ironing out some of the "kinks" in Reflexology, and Su Jok is the result of his research and hard work. Although the book does not provide any information on Dr. Park Jae-Woo's research and the principles are set out in the book in a way that utilizes some of the more mystical ideas of the Orient, it does not take a great deal to ferret out the core of the information and acquire a reasonably good understanding of the underlying principles from the book. And it is worth the trouble. Su Jok appears to work and that remarkably well. What did disappoint me was the rather poor quality of the book itself, including faded print on many pages and a binding that provides little confidence as to the book's durability. As such it gives the feeling of a handyman's bound photocopy. If I had bought this book on a news stand I would not have been prepared to pay more for than $10 for it, rather than the price I actually did have to pay
