I haven't been ill for months since taking this. My entire family got horrible colds last month and I somehow avoided it. I suspect it might be because of this product. The actual pill is a bit large and not east to swallow but it's worth it.

Don't forget to take your B and C vitamins

Energy booster!
I purchased these after being fortunate enough to have trialled them free of charge in return for my feedback, halfway through that trial I realised that I didn’t want to be without them so ordered these to arrive the day the trial ended. They have given me so much more energy (no mean feat as, having Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, I always felt drained) and I’ve so far managed to avoid the nasty viruses floating about so they may also have boosted my immunity 🤞 They are a large tablet but are not at all difficult to swallow and are just one a day so are so very easy to include in a daily routine. I will continue to take these based on the excellent results.

Amazing product - Solgar best brand ever
I purchased this product due to being run down and b vitamins all super low. I read if you are low on b vitamins then it's best to take a complex and not individual b vitamins. My mouth was super dry due to the low B6 and I craved ice all the time. Just after 2 days of taking one tablet a day I noticed a difference so for me these are exceptional. I always buy solgar - they even have a helpline number for UK residents and are super helpful.Thanks Solgar
