Pentair 39010200 Tank Clamp O-Ring Replacement Pool and Spa Filter

I have a Pentair Quad 80 DE filter and it was time to clean the cartridges so I opened the filter. I instantly noticed that my O-ring seemed stretched out and was too large to fit snuggly on the base. I looked at my local pool store for a replacement and they wanted $66 for a genuine OEM replacement. I checked to see what was available on Amazon and was surprised to find one for such a great price and overnight shipping! This O ring fits like a glove and made reassembly super smooth. If you have a Pentair filter, I'd highly recommend ordering one of these prior to your next filter cleaning.

Worked great. After messing around with my old one for an hour, I gave up and ordered this one. 5 minutes after its arrival, I had my filter put back together and working great.

This fits perfectly and seems to be identical to the OEM gasket. The diameter, compliance and thickness are exactly like the original.

We bought this o-ring for our Pentair filter to replace the original that was stretched out after 7 yrs. This new o-ring was priced more reasonable than the local pool stores and I was concerned that it would fit well. However I used this new o-ring after we cleaned our filters and it fit perfectly and no leaks! I hope it lasts as long as our original.

Received this Pentair replacement O-ring. Original equipment replacements come in a sealed bag labeled Pentair with part number. This came in an open unlabeled generic plastic bag. You can tell the finish on the o ring is not the same as original Pentair product. The O-ring is actually slightly thicker than the original Pentair ring and the retention band barely fits around the pump. Does not leak, but hoping there will be no other issues.

I do most of the routine maintenance on my pool. So, I love the convenience of ordering important parts such as this when I need it - and receiving it very quickly. And - the price is much better than at our local retail chain pool supply stores. Finally, the quality of this gasket is excellent - providing a safe and secure closure to the pool filter.

Check the diameter. this listing is wrong. I bought this and it was obviously not for the Clean & Clear cartridge tank. This was super small like 1 foot diameter. . I had to pay for the return also to get a refund. Be careful.
