I would give this zero stars if I could. The printer seems to work ok, but the app that is required to print from is a total joke. Had a ver disappointed son Christmas morning as his gift was unusable due to the app being down. I would seek other printer options if I were to buy again. This one is not the answer. Once the app began working Christmas evening, the printer worked fine, It was easy to set up and printed by just pressing start, however the frustration and disappointment that the app caused made this a bad purchase.

My kids love it! It took a little bit to get connected to the app, but that could have been because it was Christmas morning and everyone over whelmed the program! We’ve printed all sorts of fun things! I’m amazed at what they have created and others have created to make the print easy!

Let me start off by saying I have 10 years experience with 3D printing, so I have a pretty good idea what I'm doing. I would give this -5 if I could. The printer itself works ok BUT the app...... It won't open when connected to my WiFi because my Internet provider flags the printers cloud service as a virus. When I was able to get the app to open it is total trash. Search does not work, files won't open or we would loose connection with the printer. We only got 2 parts off this printer before I decided to send it back. I ordered a Bambu A1 mini for less money, bigger build volume, and 1000x better everything. Do not buy this.

So I know nothing about 3D printing. My kids are six and seven and that's all they wanted for Christmas so I got this one and I'm telling you I lucked out. This thing is awesome. It was so easy to set up and I've printed hundreds of things since Christmas. I've had a few problems and that's just because I use the wrong filament. Otherwise this thing is awesome. I recommend it 100%. This is not a fake review lol. I'm a 41-year-old dad that needed an awesome Christmas present for his boys and this 3d printer completely came through. I am telling you buy this one. It's the one you want

Junk worked about four times after hours trying to connect now doesn’t work at all app is junk too

Good luck getting this set up! Hours of work and it doesnt work great. The website crashed and support people are not helpful.

High quality printer. So easy to print. Wide variety of images to transform.

Printer is good and easy to use. However, we got it for our son for Christmas. Got it working and printed one thing. Then their app servers crashed and it was confirmed by the Facebook community for this specific printer that a lot of people were having issues and the same thing happened last Christmas. Very disappointing that they don’t have the ability to handle large server loads at once especially on Christmas Day.
