None of the charging ports fit the laptop I'm using
I bought this hoping to figure out what's going on with my laptop as the charger I currently have keeps going off, don't know if it's the laptop or the charger. The new charger? None of the ports needed to plug it into my laptop are the right ones to fit. I'm so mad that I wasted 20 dollars on this while figuring out what's going on between my laptop and/or my charger.
