They need to qa their products better
I had to return this as I bought this for my grandfather as the the card holder broke as soon as I opened up and I wanted to put anything in it. It was loose some of the parts so I don’t recommend. I think they have a quality assurance problem.

Good, but drops off the network every few days
I bought this for my mother-in-law who is 85 and wanted another "stupid phone." She doesn't text, so I can't comment on that. I set all the directional buttons to go to the phone book, which is the only thing she really uses. It works fine for her once she got used to it. She does still turn the flashlight on occasionally, but now knows how to turn it off.My one major issue with this phone is that it drops off the network every few days and has to be rebooted. (I'm sure there's another way, but rebooting is easiest to have her do.Works on the T-Mobile network.
