I wash in gentle with light detergent and air dry. The short stretch bandages work best when using a dryer on gentle.

Yes it can be washed on a gentle cycle, however I use a lingerie gentle washing liquid in the washer for mine and it does not lose its elasticity over tie when washed. I dry mine over a chair back or outside in the fresh air. I hope this helps
