Hulled barley is good for heath benefits also taste better than Pearled Barley ( Processed to remove brown Protective cover )2 Long Term Second ReviewI was advised to increase my protein intake by physician,taking vegetarian diet one gets less protein thanRDA ( required daily allowance ). I tried many options and settled for barley due to its benefits, it very easy to digest,you do not feel heavy, full of fibres with protein and other nutrients.
