Cadbury Curly Wurly Candy 21.5g 60 count

Curly whirly was a candy bar I grew up with but was called a different name. The size is smaller than I remember but the candy tasted just the same. They were so fresh you barely get that from a store-bought candy. Cadbury uses good quality chocolate and caramel. When you put it in your mouth the chocolate and caramel just melts.

There is NO WAY I could give this anything but a 5 star review! If you're old enough to remember the Marathon Bar in the United States, made by Mars, this is it...only made by Cadbury. Which probably means "better chocolate coating", but there's no way to compare since Mars stopped making their Marathon bar around 1981. It was a childhood favorite for me all through the 1970s, up until they discontinued it in 1981. Anyway, this is a smidge over 6 inches in length, and 21.5 grams (0.75 ounce). Chocolate covered caramel (no nuts, nougat, etc.). Nice, chewy, chocolatey, caramelly deliciousness! I'm waiting until the weather cools down a bit more (delivering chocolate candies in the hot summer months isn't typically a good idea) and then I'm going to buy several more cases. I give them out at work all the time.

We were watching Sex Education on Netflix (BTW it’s an amazing show so if you’re not watching it, you should probably start now...it’s not too late...there are only two seasons and you’re quarantined) and there is a line “not my Curly Wurly” as the bully-in-chief consumes the delicious treat of his victim. Us American dingleberries looked at one another perplexed and asked “what the bleeping hell is a Curly Wurly?” We then consulted our trusty friend Google to impart the answer and what we discovered was the majestic magnificence that is the chocolate-covered, caramell-y goodness that is this treat. Upon discovery I knew I had to try it but alas, America doesn’t delight in the wondrousness of this treat so it needs to be purchased from Amazon and shipped from the UK. Not sure what the deuce we’re thinking to not stock these gifts from Heaven in every checkout shelf in America but alas, I digress. For the taste, it is reminiscent of a Rolo in caramel texture and taste but the chocolate covering is the phenomenal Cadbury namesake (think: Cadbury creme eggs or Caramello). All in all, these little gems are a flavor explosion of epic proportions, especially if, like me, you are a fellow caramel lover extraordinaire. For shipping speed, I was delighted these were sent with lightning-quick speed and delivered far more quickly than Amazon’s tracking provided. Overall, my life is exponentially better since I discovered the Curly Wurly and I will continue to have these shipped until someone in America gets the memo. I now wonder what other delish goodies our UK counterparts have that I need to explore...

See Cadbury curly wurleys taste just like the marathon bar of long ago! We got hooked on them when my friend from England bought some for us and sent them to me. From there on we've been searching everywhere for them. A local international supermarket carries them but they are around $1.50 each which is way too expensive even if they are delicious. If you purchase this box of 60 you only end up paying .50 for them each! They are only around 110 calories each for the candy bar so I will have one of these for dessert after supper. This box of curly wurlys ended up being chewy but I don't have a problem with that as I like them better that way they are not expired, have plenty of months left. I will definitely be buying more when these run out! Thankyouso much for offering them up for sale!

This is a remake of the old Marathon bars from the 70-80's era. Smaller but still delicious.

The first batch was fresh and tasted great. Then after sharing with friends, I ordered a second batch. The second batch must have expired a year earlier as they were all extremely hard, not chewy, and had little to no flavor. It is a shame, these could have been great. Buyer beware.

very disappointed in my purchase . ordered the 60 count curly wurly bars and only received 15 . the bars were all broken as well . i do not normally give reviews , but in this case i thought it was important enough to do so . the bars are very good just as i remember as a kid . just do not like taken advantage of .if i ordered 60 i expect to get 60 and not 15 . for this reason i only give 1 star . i think someone still owes me 45 more bars or my money back . OK I WOULD LIKE TO UP DATE . i left a message with the company and they said they would take care of this matter . and sure enough they did received a new order and no bars were broken the box had paper in it to fill in the void . much better this time . the bars came 4 to a pack and not singles .i do appreciate the quick response and for that i am changing my review to 4 stars .

My late father's favourite caramel chew! We had it in the early 70s in England. Still the same but it has grown a lot smaller!!! That's good for me as it's all calories!

As a kid I loved this bar. Back then was called a Wig Wag I believe. The same great taste. Ships from England which is a little bit of a wait for shipping but well worth the wait. They are so Mmmmmmm Good. I do wish Amazon would stock them again, they used to. I will always buy them even at 60 years old lol...
