Great for hand therapy!
I bought this for my husband after his finger surgery. The hand therapist used it with him and told him he should get some for home. Is firm and the price was right. He has been using it for 2 months now and his finger is regaining motion. This stuff really works.

Great for Thumb Rehab, Stronger Than Expected
My physio recommended this CanDo TheraPutty for a thumb injury, and it works really well. I got the firm (blue) version and it’s definitely stiffer than I expected, but in a good way. It actually feels like you’re doing real strengthening rather than just light movement (in the video I use full strength). After about a couple weeks of use, I noticed improved control and strength in my thumb. It’s simple but effective. One thing to note, it is a bit oily, so wash your hands after and don’t use it while working on a laptop or anything you don’t want residue on. Firm version is not for someone looking for very light resistance, but great if you actually want to build strength during rehab.
