I read the reviews prior to purchasing. Saw comments about some leaking. I had ordered 2, they arrived in 2 days. I washed them and tested them both with the soapy dish water. One leaked and the other didn’t. I played around with the tab with just water and after a couple of times of turning it on and off the leak actually stopped. Hopefully it’ll remain working well but both worked all day for a party and there were no leaks from the valve, only peoples cups… I like the option of having the insert to put ice inside of to keep drinks cold and not watering anything down. You can choose not to use it if you prefer to have ice inside. I was able to put 3 gallons of iced tea with insert inside of unit. Kept drinks cold for over 8 hours (inside of house). I am pleased with purchase and shipping as they were also packed well.

Okay. I didn't get to use these in a party setting, but these look so awesome that they could be used in a party setting. It's sparkly and cute hehe. These were perfect for my in-laws who are picky about water. I filled one with normal water and the other with iced water. These held a lot of water, which was great because they are thirsty people. The spouts worked perfectly and the material was sturdy and kept the iced water cold. I don't know why my in-laws are this way, but these drink dispensers got the job done I guess. Please, I urge you to use these for a party or something! It's so worth it. It comes with a little hat (the top. I call it a hat) and it's awesome.

Fast shipping. Product was fabulous for our 60 guest party. The ice tray inside was great and worked well even in 90 degree weather. We just put new ice in once it melted about every 1-2hrs or so. Not a pain as it was easy to just lift off the container and dump into a sink or the outside grass. Be careful when toting or storing as the plastic will scratch easily. I kept the box it came in. Would buy again. Great deal!

Very easy to assemble and store a lot of your favorite punch, tea, lemonade, etc! Wish it was a little sturdier.

This product was a great purchase for our wedding day. We used it to hold our spiked sangria due to the large volume it held. The central ice chamber functions well, chilling the beverage without watering it down. The assembly is so easy and the build looks elegant. This was also a breeze to hand wash at the end of the night. My only issue is that the spout would drip a little after use, but would stop shortly after. This is pretty minor as long as you place a napkin or dessert plate below it. Also, the build isn't the strongest plastic in the world so handle gently. Otherwise, this product is worth using for your parties and special events.

I bought this for a baby shower and it was perfect! The ice holder ensures that your beverage of choice won’t get watered down, the spigot doesn’t leak AT all, and the raised position of the dispenser and low position of the spigot allows ALL the liquid to be poured without having to tip the whole container over to get to it (which is a common occurrence among other brands). I had to reach out to the company at one point, and their response and customer service was outstanding (Thanks, Bob!!) An excellent product and company I would not hesitate to recommend. Buy it!

Canister are easy to use. They are functional but find that frequently need to retighten the spout as the plastic nut comes loose and it begins to leak. Also made a punch with lemonade and the acidity of the lemonade made the plastic loose it's sheen. The container is clean and free of debris but remains cloudy.

I only used it once for juice. I realized too late there was a crack. We used it quickly and afterwards, I couldn't get the fogginess out of the plastic. No amount of cleaning will get it out. I mostly wanted it for water and after one usage, it is completely useless. I did not open it soon enough and now it's not exchangeable/returnable. Not worth the money!
