First you peel off the casing, then you cook it in a pan, continuing to chop up with a spatula as it cooks. When it’s almost cooked through you can pour the grease out, or leave in if you want, and add an egg to scramble. I use 2 eggs per link (or cut the link in 1/2 and use 1 egg). You can also cook with fried potatoes. Tastes great!

Best Chorizo!!

We sent this to my son for his birthday. He doesn’t get Payton’s in Florida. They packaged it very well and same great quality we always get with the only chorizo for us.

Feeling Disappointed

I love love this brand of chorizo, and I recently moved to a different city that unfortunately does not carry this brand. I make it a point to have some of this chorizo in my meals every time I come back to my hometown. When I found out I could order it through Amazon I was stoked!! I was ready to place my order! Then when I saw the price...I was flabbergasted!!! I would pay a little under $2 for a 6 pack. When I saw this price I almost fell off my chair!! As much as I LOVE this brand I will NOT pay $7+/pack plus $13.99 shipping!!! NO WAY...and I still have to wait weeks to get it!!! I guess I’ll just have to settle for what my city offers locally or if their prices improve I might give it a try.

Absolutely the Best Chorizo

I grew up eating Peyton's Chorizo with eggs. Other brands do not compare with Peyton's in my opinion. I only wish they sold it in the local grocery stores in TN. But grateful I can have it shipped through Amazon.

Peyton's always gets 5 stars!

It has been a long time since I've had Peyton's... it can be difficult to find in many states. This is the BEST chorizo on the market! It arrived by FedEx cold. Since it came it's been nothing but burritos, tacos, enchiladas, etc.
