I found these to be best masonry bits I have used. The extra length is useful and they drill where other bits have failed. Recommended.

Need a sharpen before use
I needed some longs bits to make some planters and these fitted the bill. They were all a bit dull and needed a bit of a sharpen up but once done they did the job. If you are not good at sharpening drill bits then you may want to look elsewhere but for the money I can't complain.

Worked well through tough resistance
I’m just a novice driller, just stuff round the house. I wanted a tough drill bit to get through the beam above the windows to put new curtain poles up as the previous holes were falling to bits so I wanted to renew it all. I found these drill bits worked perfectly, stayed in the drill securely and sliced into the wall very nicely. I’ve only used two of them so far and they put up two curtain poles with minimal effort. I will buy these again when the others blunt.

They work well and don't seem to wear down too quick
Just used them to drill holes in a very hard wall - the two that I used still seem to be in good condition which isn't always the case with masonry drill bits (the little 'fins' on the ends wear down very quickly) - but with these drill bits - they had a good hard drill (the whole length of the drill bit - in really hard stone - 4 times) and they're fine! Great for the price - would happily buy again.

They actually work!
I finally had the chance to use my new drill bits. This time I made sure I bought tungsten carbide bits. I broke one of the bits from my other new set. They may have been titanium. I broke that bit trying to drill through a steel plate which was the backing of a security camera. It snapped in half. I tried 3 other bits and they all just sat there spinning but no hole.I got a new camera so here we go again. I set everything up the same way with the plate in my vice. The 1/4" hex base meant the bit will not slip in my drill. Started out drilling and within about 4-5 seconds I was through the steel. I drilled the other two holes just as easy. I was so impressed I actually wrote this review.Finally I have a nice set of drill bits that can drill through anything.
