Good Solid, sturdy TV unit.
Purchased this to replace our old and tired TV stand. This unit is a breath of fresh air. It is easy to put together, extremely sturdy, and looks really good. There is plenty of space in the 2 drawers. This is a solid piece of furniture which is made of solid wood rather than the cheaper MDF or chipboard, and would not look out of place in any home.

Can be a bit awkward to assemble, but still solid wood
A fantastic price for solid wood - and waxed - good quality furniture. The assembly instructions are sufficient, although they can be confusing at times. The assembly process itself can be awkward and difficult - especially near the end - largely due to having to screw pieces together properly at odd and uncomfortable angles. The design in that sense could be improved, but it is still totally worth it, in my opinion. The round black nobs you'll see on the front-edges of some models (including mine) are purely decorative (i.e. not caps to cover screws or bolts or whatever).

Quality Piece, Bargain Price!
Be prepared for a jigsaw because not a single piece is labelled. That being said, I built it alone in about an hour. Very solid piece of furniture big enough for a 43" TV, Xbox, virgin box etc and 2 handy drawers underneath. Perfect height to watch TV too unlike some other lower units.

Does not match colours
Disappointed that this is lighter that some existing Mercer Mexican pine I already have so it doesn't match. On the box it says Mews furniture so confused. I wanted to gradually add to my existing units but can't help wondering if I will end up with mismatched furniture

Brilliant value for money and easy to assemble as it can be done with one person definitely recommended

Very sturdy piece of furniture
It says that you require two people to assemble this cabinet, I did it myself but it obviously took a lot longer. The reason the cabinet is so sturdy is the amount of screws ( 124 different types to be exact) the instructions are very clear and concise.
