Women's Fairview 40 Backpack

I’m already a fan of Osprey bags and their quality so I was genuinely excited to this Osprey backpack. Happy to say that it absolutely did not disappoint!!! Right away the material and overall feel of the pack screams quality. It is black in inside and out. It feels durable, well thought out, and like something you can rely on without worry. This bag just feels dependable and it won't let you down. There’s plenty of room for everything you’d want to bring along for a weekend or short trip. On the front, there are two stretchable pockets that easily hold full sized tumblers or other grab-and-go type of items. The shoulder straps and hip belt are fully adjustable and very comfortable when worn. One neat feature I really like is the adjustable torso height. You can change this inside the bag using the slider bars and it’s amazingly easy to do. On top of the pack there’s a quick access zippered pocket that’s perfect for toiletries and it includes a bright red strap with a hook for keys or anything else you want to keep secure and easy to find right away. Inside, there’s a padded sleeve for a laptop (accessed at the top of the pack), a clearly marked spot for your ID (which I love, because I fancy knowing exactly where things are), and a zippered mesh pocket that keeps smaller items from getting tossed around in the pack. Everything has a place and everything goes in that place! You can also tuck and zip away the shoulder and hip straps in seconds and use the well padded handle when you want to carry it that way. There are so many good options built into this pack and it really feels ready for your next journey! Overall, this backpack is extremely well made, smartly designed, and comfortable on my back and in my hand. I can’t wait to put it to use on the trail this summer. 🌞

This is my 6th Osprey bag and like what I’ve been saying since day one when I got my very first bag— just superb! Osprey is one of the finest brands when it comes to luggage craftsmanship and this particular model doesn’t disappoint. Material used is great as always, water-resistant, rigid, and nice to the feel. The overall construction is ergonomic and they didn’t skimp on getting high-end quality zippers. Using this bag makes you feel confident in its robustness even with reasonable use and abuse. This bag converts into a backpack and it does come with my favorite Osprey back support frame. It is lightweight and conforms to your body well. It is somewhat like having those comfy office chairs with lumbar support. There are also plenty of compartments, a separate one for a laptop that can fit a 16” maybe even a 17” one, then smaller ones for quick access like for IDs, passports, keys, meds, snacks, phone, etc. If there’s one thing I’d say about this, I’ve never regretted getting any of these Osprey bags. This one’s no different so if you even clicked on this listing shopping for a bag with this spec, look no further and just go and get it.

Definitely great quality and well made. The material in this backpack is thick and seems really durable. All the zippers, stitching and straps are sturdy and made to last. The bag is very spacious and will hold everything you need on your trip. The shoulder and waist straps are really easy to adjust and so comfortable. I ordered the graphite purple and it is such a nice sophisticated color just like the photos. There ample amount of pockets throughout to keep everything organized. I cannot say enough about the wonderful quality of this bag. Definitely recommend.

Used this for a recently and it did exactly what I needed it to do. It feels sturdy but not heavy, and it sits comfortably on my back. Nice Basic design. For a carry-on travel bag, it just works. Would definitely recommend.
