would it work with 1tb micro sd card?

If the device states a limit of 256 gb then no it will not work with anything bigger.

Does this work with the MacBook early 2015? A bit disappointed nothing is happening...

It worked and still works just fine on my MacBook Pros (2014 and 2019).

will this work with a 128gb scandisk ultra microcard and windows 10

Would this work with a Chrome book?

Dear Amazon Customer, I am Can from SanDisk® Customer Care. I understand that you would like to know if the Mobile Mate Reader would work in Chrome Book tablet.. Please allow me to explain that this device causes a MicroSD card to behave exactly like a flash drive. We have not tested this reader with your tablet model, I recommend contacting the manufacturer to confirm. However, logically if the Chrome Book can detect and use a flash drive while it is connected via an OTG cable, it should detect this device as well. If you require more information, please do not hesitate to contact us at english_support@sandisk.com quoting the day you have posted your comment. Thank you for your interest in our products and have a good day. Regards, Can G. SanDisk Customer Care
