Little Bit of the USA back in the UK!
My little bit of the USA at home! Loved this dip when we were away and I was very glad to be able to get it whilst back in the UK. Does go off quite quickly once opened so needs to be eaten within a few days. Seemed to go off a lot quicker than in the USA but I suppose that’s to be expected, when it has had to come across the pond!!!

It’s processed cheese in a jar. But you know what? It hits the spot every single time. The "Medium" spice level is the perfect baseline—it has just enough pepper flavor and a slight kick so it doesn't taste like melted American cheese slices, but it won’t burn your face off or scare away guests who think black pepper is too spicy. The consistency is where this stuff wins. It microwaves beautifully without turning into a weird, oily science experiment, and it's thick enough to actually hold onto a tortilla chip without snapping it in half. Pro tip: wipe the rim of the jar before you screw the lid back on and put it in the fridge, unless you want to use both hands and a pipe wrench to open it next weekend.
