Ended up returning
You have to build it yourself of course, but the screw holes were not properly punched out in the factory so there was no way for us to successfully build it. At that point with all the handling and poor craftsmenship made us feel like the product is not worth the price.

Incorrect Product Height from Product Image
The height listed in the image is NOT correct. I spent a long time looking for a hamper that would fit inside the closet, and this was the only one with a listed height that would theoretically fit -- it is in fact taller than listed and probably the same height as all the other copycat listings for products with this same image. I'd recommend purchasing one of those since at least they are honest about the specs. Other than that, the product works exactly as expected. The black matte coating on the bars got scratched up while I was trying to squeeze the pieces in place. One of the wheels needed to be unscrewed quite a bit to level with the others, but its functionality as a hamper is OK and looks overall nice. UPDATE: (2 star -> 4 star) Updated my rating due to the seller's prompt response to my height complaint. They looked into it and are already working on updating the images to be more clear on the measurements. By the time you read this, it is probably no longer an issue.

Read assembly instructions carefully.
Very happy with this hamper. Nice size and sturdy, rolls nice also. Assembly was a little confusing but that could be due to the operator!!! I did master it tho. Read

Great option for disabled person
Great option for a family member who has lost the use of one arm. It is much easier for her to move laundry around the house since it is on rollers.
