These were an exact replacement on our 08 Tahoe Simple install and exact color match.

This fit quite well, but not as well as original. The screw mounting cover that came with it fit poorly, so I used the one that I had from the original which fit better. The plastic clip on the original had broken ( this is on a 2009 Yukon with 250K miles, that is kept outside, so no surprise.), but the mounting screw cover was ok. All in all I was able to remount the visor clip and it looks as good as the original and the color was correct. Keep in mind you need one of those 8 point allen wrenches to remove the screw to install the new one.

The color matches quite well for this product, they are easy to install and function properly. The plastic is not the same as oem and can break in very cold weather. The back plastic clip does not fit well and required a bit of sanding and shaping to fit after the clip was installed. Due to the location of the cover it may be easier to leave it off as it is not readily visible from the drivers seat. If you must have the back cover installed I would recommend using the oem cover if it's still intact or gently heating the cover and installing while it is more pliable. Although I have had two of these break in two years the cost of the part made this the best item when I replaced the damaged pieces l.
