Yes, However I find the depth of the cup a bit misleading. I have to tee up my ball about an additional 1/8-1/4 of in inch to compensate for how deep the ball sits in the cup. With that being said if you are on the edge of needing more than a 3 1/4" you may want to look elsewhere.

Unfortunately there is no regular length, it is all based on golfers preference. I would normally go with the longest tee available and if it is to long in length you can always tee it down more.
