Touch Up Paint for Tesla Red Multi-Coat PPMR Paint Code Scratch Repair

I used this touch-up paint on my Tesla with the Deep Blue PPSB paint code and was pretty happy with the match. It was easy to apply to a few small chips and scratches, and the color blended in reasonably well once it dried. It's not going to make a deep scratch completely disappear, but for small rock chips and blemishes it does a good job of making them much less noticeable. Having the correct paint code is important, and this matched my Deep Blue Tesla well. Overall, a handy thing to have around for taking care of small paint chips before they turn into bigger problems.

I included the before and after photos of the Model Y showing several scratches and chips being successfully covered by this paint. This paint is an excellent value compared to buying touch up paint from Tesla or having the body painted professionally. The kit includes both white and pearl white paint. I used a heat lamp to improve the drying time and put some clear coat (not included) as the finish coating. All things considered, this paint is good quality, the color matches very well, it’s easy to apply and dries quickly. The whole process took me about 30 minutes.

Works well

Really good match for PPSW Tesla paint. Easy to use and dries fast. You can blob is on then quickly drag your finger across to level it. Repeat. Don't push down too hard or it will drag the paint out of the imperfection. Passes the few foot test. Clean your fingers off with acetone/fingernail polish remover and observe your handy work!

Absolutely worthless. Don’t purchase. Doesn’t cover up white chips, leaves a transparent blue coating but you can still see the white underneath unless you lump it up a ton, and then you can see a noticeable lump of paint. Avoid.

It matched the paint of my car and was easy to use.
