I tried zesting with a knife...finally broke down and bought this. It's awesome. I zest, slow low dry and use it throughout the week - and eat or use the citrus immediately. This zester is sharp, easy only gets the rind no the pith - without having to watch how carefully you zest. Perfect depth for just the zest. Easy to use and clean. Highly recommend.

I've very happy with this zester, it is quite sharp and works very well grating lemon zest and cheese. It has a protective cover to keep it sharp. It arrived promptely and was well-packaged.

This is the second micro planer I’ve bought. Works as expected. The color is great (I have the red one) and I like that it came with an easy-to-use plastic protective sleeve. Easy to clean by rinsing and putting in the dishwasher. Seems sturdy enough for what I need and it would be a true malfunction if the handle snapped off. I mostly use it for 2 things - zesting and finely grating hard cheese such as Parmesan. Delivered on time.

Nice designed Zester from Orblue. This zester appears to be well made, and seems to use some quality materials. Nice weight, thickness and the handle is easy to hold and doesn’t tend to get slippery at all. Easy clean up, the rasps are nicely formed and makes using the zester easy, grating materials very well indeed. Good size makes storing this zester easy in a draw or hanging up. Good value

I’ve always dreaded recipes that call for lemon zest until now. The Orblue Lemon Zester is fabulous, so easy to use, gets a lot of lemon zest from the lemon without digging deep and leaves the lemon pith in place.

Del producto me gusta todo. Excelente. El reparto dejó mucho que desear. Mal. Coincidió que no estaba en casa y no me llamaron por teléfono para avisar (algo imprescindible ). Forzaron un sobre enorme por un orificio de buzón demasiado pequeño. No dañaron el producto, ni el buzón, pero me costó un buen rato sacar el paquete sin causar daños. Nada contenta con la empresa de reparto que utiliza este vendedor.
