Delivery was awesome Assembly was great once they decided what date the man would come out Quality is amazing Service was crap on dis occasion because now I waiting on some parts then I gonna have to go through the headache of takin it apart and 2 rebuild so I think for waiting around to get parts n also me having to break down n re-assemble I should get part refund if not a full refund as I paid 4 a service n it was part done

Good product really does need two persons because there are a million pieces. The board is not very solid so don’t stew too tight as you will burst through the other side. Does not squeak when getting on or off. Absolutely love that the headboard comes out as it gives a nice backrest while in bed. Not sure if I’m the one that can’t work it but this is not a speaker in the bed as I have never been able to connect.

Bed arrived much sooner than expected. Instructions are clear and easy to follow, took us about 2.5 hours to build and we actually enjoyed putting it together. For the price it feels really well made and sturdy once assembled. The LED lights are a nice touch and being able to change the colours with the remote is great. The USB and USB-C ports are really handy as well. The built-in speakers aren’t great, but that’s not why we bought it so not an issue for us. Best feature is the adjustable headboard on each side, you can set different angles which is perfect for sitting up to read or watch TV. Overall really happy with it, good value for money and would definitely recommend.

Impressed with the quality at a reasonable price. Needs 2 of you ideally to put together, instructions get you there, although a test fit is recommended for some parts as they can fit more than one way round, which doesn't line up at a layer stage. Easily rectified. But irritating.

Took 4hrs to put together. Looks just like the pictures. Some parts were not working properly like the hydraulic which is a major inconvenience. It’s okay for the price.
