HyperX Wrist Rest for full-sized keyboards

I bought a Keychron Q6 max keyboard and needed a wrist rest as these mechanical keyboards are quite tall. I couldn't get a Keycron rest at the time so I looked around and decided on this one. This is the perfect length and height for the keyboard. It is made from a rubbery, gel like material covered in a thin fabric. Although soft enough to avoid any pressure points, it is still firm enough to fully retain it's shape. I use this for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week and have had it for quite a few months now and it looks exactly the same as when it was new. In fact it has worm better than I expected as i though the fabric cover would have stretched or become worn, but it hasn't at all. The fact that the fabric cover moves slightly over the gel material makes it more comfortable as when you move your wrists slightly, the fabric moves with them a little. I like this product so much, I was considering buying another to keep in reserve, but this one is wearing so well, I am not sure I need to anytime soon!

I treated myself to a new Hyper X keyboard, I had previously been using Corsair so I was missing a wrist rest and off I went on my search, I was a bit hesitant due to the price but I have zero regrets. I loved it so much I bought one for my office desk as well. It doesn't heat up where your wrist is, it maintains its structure and has a very soft thin fabric on it, that is really comfortable. I game a great deal and it has not let me down. I also struggle with my nerves, when they become compressed it causes numbness but I have not had any issues with this so 5 stars all the way, I would give it 6 if I could. I have been using it now for 5 months and it still looks and feels brand new!

This is a really nice wrist rest. It's firm with a really nice feel to it. The only downside (if even that) to it is that the top layer consists of a thin and stretchy material, which means when you move your wrist across it, it can tug and pull on the material slightly. This doesn't impede my ability to do anything, I just notice the feel of it against my wrists. At different times of the year, the fabric can warp slightly, but it usually levels out after a little while. I still love this wrist rest and I needed to replace my old one of a different brand.

I'm a software developer, and spend a very large amount of time using the keyboard. After some 25 years, I reluctantly accepted the need to replace my old wrist rest after it degraded to the point that the fabric was peeling away from the gel - reluctantly, because the new wrist rests I've seen recently either have a slick plastic surface rather than fabric, or are foam not gel. The HyperX wrist rest is lovely! It's quite a bit wider than my old one, which provides a bit more support / less pressure and is comfortable. The fabric is almost satin-like, and has a great sensation against my skin. The only negative after a couple of weeks is that a four-inch-long HyperX logo is etched into the fabric at one end. The etching results in the fabric surface being fractionally lower at that point, which is almost imperceptible to the eye but causes a change in the tactile sensation if I move my arm over that part, which is quite unpleasant and sufficient to distract me from my task. Possibly a manifestation of autism in me, I suspect that other people might not find the texture change quite so offputting. Fortunately, it's long enough to be able to avoid this section.

I've been using this heavily for about a month now and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality. When it's hot, it can feel a bit "sticky" but compared to a silicone one I tried the fabric top proves far more comfortable. The grippy base has worked well to prevent any annoying slipping while allowing it to be adjusted easily. I was having issues with pain in my hands but since using this it has mostly subsided. Overall a welcome result for a very reasonable price.

Picked this up on a Prime Day deal for £8.69, which is a huge saving considering the RRP is £19.99. The quality is excellent, soft, supportive and really comfortable for long typing sessions. It also lines up perfectly with my Keychron, almost like it was made for it. For the price I paid, it’s an absolute steal and a great upgrade for any desk setup.

This has been one of the best cheap purchases I've made. The amount of comfort difference between using this and not using it is literally night and day. I honestly think it's essential and helps so much with functionality especially during gaming It's big enough to cover any full size keyboard which is what i had upon purchase. Later i switched to a ten keyless keyboard so now it's slightly too big, however they now do a TKL version which i will be buying very soon. In terms of quality it's very well made and mine has no damages whatsoever even after 4 years of prolonged daily use and abuse. The cushion is still thick and plush. My only gripe is I wish it were a little bit easier to clean. Not that it's particularly hard, but still

Pros: Had it for a few months now and it has been excellent. I have silver speed switches which are very sensitive and before this just resting my fingers on the keyboard would result in typos but the wrist rest supports my hands enough that it's just the weight of my fingers on the keyboard and I can now get the advantage of the more sensitive keys without so many typos. It's very comfortable and the fabric seems to be lasting well. Cons: The only bad thing is that when I was moving it one time I bent it and it folded. From this it is clear that they used some form of card on the inside that bent when I twisted it. It would have been nice if they used a more durable material for this price. BUT when it's resting on the table it still looks and works the same.

It is very rare for me to write and Amazon product's review but this one it is just a lafe saver. Top quality and very comfortable! Soft but not too much, gel like feeling. Highly recommend!

I've used a few keyboard rests over the years. This one by far has the best feeling material. I'm not sure how to describe it, it's like very fine cloth? Almost looks like leather from a distance, but it feels cool, doesn't cause skin irritation, and once you start using it, it just disappears from your conscience, which is the hallmark of a very well design product. Of course, it has enough grip so that it never slips. It's 5/5 especially because the material is so premium feeling. I honestly don't know what anyone would complain about.
