My dog is 60lbs with big erect ears, like a German Shepherd. Will this be big enough?

I got small and use it with my three dogs. One is a 10 lbs maltipoo toy (they fit him perfectly), and the other two are a bit bigger than yours, one is a 45 lbs nova scotia retriever and the other one a bit smaller 40 lbs dog, but it stretches too much when I try to put it in their heads and then it gets ruined after just two baths. The cap is like a common plastic bag cylinder with elastic on both ends. The size small has 6" length (from one elastic opening to the other one) and 9.5" width, so I think that if the size of the head of your dog from the chin to the tip of her ears is under 9.5", then small could be ok. If not measure from chin to tip of ears and choose the one that suits her better. As long as I understand, the first measurement that you see in each size is the one you need to keep an eye on (i.e., 9.5" for S, 12" for L, and 14" for XL). I hope this helps you to estimate better the size you need.

What happened with sizes Medium and Large?

Wish they had medium when I ordered. Just small and large then...small is too small.

What size would fit a 65lb American Pitbull?

The medium size fits my 35 pound French dog so a larger size might work for you!
