This stuff is a natural antibiotic, produced by a very reputable company that's been making it for over a couple of decades. Read their description regarding partial size, etc, it makes a lot of sense. I have a small dog that seems to be prone to ear infections. I've been using a natural formula in his ears for months and it just kept getting worse & worse. As a last resort before making a vet appointment, I thought I would give this a try. Love Sovereign Silver order it a couple times. But one order came broken bottle and empty. So I contact Amazon and they gave me refund so I did order a new one and that was good. I think it should be better packed to make sure it won’t happen again. Otherwise very good stuff helped me with headaches and sleep like a baby. Thanks
