Temprid FX Insecticide 240ML Bottle

I own rental property and I will never pay another pest control company. One of my rental properties got bed bugs and they wanted $12,000 to tint the house and heat it. I bought temprid and follow the directions for bed bugs you don't want to make it too strong for bed bugs you got to follow the directions and it killed them the first application it eradicated them immediately there is nothing else on the market that even compares to this this will kill anything and every bug this works in your yard when one of our yards got brown patch and it killed off a bunch of their grass because of a grub I use this sprayed the grass used a water hose to get it deep in the soil and it killed the grub the grass came back it this stuff is amazing this is a synthetic killer once it dries it's safe for animals this will even kill mice because they will drink it if you spray under the counters when it's still wet of course once it's dry it won't do that but this stuff is odorless and it's got about a 3-month residual indoors it's amazing there's nothing else like it absolutely nothing else on the market compares to this I will never pay anyone else to spray for anything.

I hired a pest control company due to some roaches seen in the house. I noticed this was what they used. I started to spray around the home myself and it has worked great. I spray every 3-4 months around the perimeter and have not had any insect problems. You can spray in the home too but I try not to unless I see roaches again. There is no odor or scent. I live in Las Vegas so it doesn't rain much here. I'm sure you'd have to spray every 2 months if it rained a lot. I do wear a N95 mask and rubber boots when I spray just in case.

Definitely works on killing Springtails when you spray it on the side of your house.

Company came out to advertise me and sell me on a monthly pest control plan, I said no, my neighbor said yes. I waited for tech to come out to his house, he was a newbie and told me all the names for all the products that they use when I aked him... I found it here and ordered it same day. Salesman was saying the product they use you can only get it with a license- LIE. All they do is charge for easy simple service. All products are similar though. Sprayed inside the house baseboards and under couch, just in case (I did wear respirator just in case), around windows, then what was left I sprayed outside around doors and windows (it does leave a little greese spots on glass but wipes off easy or water spots I guess). Inside did not leave any residue... used it as a general bug/ants protection. 2 days later: Bugs/flies/BLACK WIDOW laying messed up on the groud. Seems like it doesn't kill upon the contact. They just get literally messed up, laying on the ground twitching until they pass out... Seems like it affects their nervous system. My kid left a door open an inch for few hrs bunch of flies entered. They all went to windows which I sprayed and now few hrs later they just laying chilling on the ground - trying to get up but can't... Time will tell on longevity. But good product.. Use as recommended. Nothing more or less. It works. Use Delta Dust along with this for cracks and plumbing access points, but protect the house from outside in a first place and you will be set.

Really exterminates German cockroaches. It actually works if you use it inside outlets, in baseboard cracks, under appliances, inside the walls, behind pictures or wherever you might have seen one. Use it alongside boric acid. You don’t need a lot, but you need to do it often. Needless to say your area MUST BE KEPT VERY CLEAN, especially kitchens & bathrooms. It does not smell at all. It’s powerful, wear gloves & long sleeves, keep away from food, children & pets..

So, I’ve been trying to get rid of a yellow jacket nest. The bee’s were behind my gutter and were in a tight spot. I used all the stuff that you can buy at the store and none of it really worked. Sure, it killed the ones that I sprayed but, not being able to spray the nest, none of it really worked. I however know someone who use to work for Orkin for a few years. He had recommended this or dust. I went with this to try it out and it WORKED. I sprayed the area where they were going back and forth right before the sun went down just so the bees coming back would get it on them. You wanna do this so the chemical then gets on them and it get inside of their nest. Anyways, by the next morning, there was absolutely nothing. Couldn’t believe how fast it had worked and it’s such a money saver. Do yourself a favor and buy this product with a sprayer. Don’t pay for pest control. Just follow the instructions and take proper caution since you’re handling a chemical.

this here product is the truth. i had a Very Small bb invasion. got em from one of the tenants in the building at work. our pest control comp uses this product. was told to use this. living rm couch was the problem. started treatment on it. two weeks, activity was much less. got a sofa encasement, few more heavy treatments while encased. i'm all clear now. i never saw as many as 25 the whole time. caught it b4 it got bad.. this was my first experience with having bb. was really mentally freaked out. glad it's done and over. hopefully never again..
