Stopped working out of one ear and the mic cuts out when trying to talk to people not happy with this product

On PS5, they already support 3D audio, which adds depth and realism to games. Great headset! My favorite aspects are that the volume is a wheel for easy volume changes, It's a switch for the bluetooth and adapter connection so I can quickly switch from PC to mobile listening, and I especially enjoy that the microphone is retractable into the headphones themselves so that they don't obstruct my casual listening and I can't lose them. The audio is great, and it feels good on my ears.

heradphones work but after i lost the dongle i had to use them as BT only since everytime i tried to use the usbc to 3.5mm cable it would turn off and would not work good sound and felt nice but it was a shame that after one mistakee it just became a BT headphone only

My nephew loved it, it's being a while and it's still in good shape, would buy again ❤️

Very good product for the price. I am not able to use the mic if I use the bluetooth mode, but if I use the usb dongle or the wired option everything works nice. After three moth of use the battery last for 4 days using the usb dongle and the lights off.
