Good parm
We go through a good amount of parm and my son is very picky about the type (must be grated, not shredded, must clump together so he can get the occasional chunks of cheese). He didn’t notice that we bought a different brand this time because the taste was delicious and fresh, and he got a couple of big chunks of clumped together cheese. The price was decent. No complaints.

Better than Kraft
Nothing wrong with Kraft but this is fresher. Easy to get out of the container and tastes great.

Tastes the best but freeze extra or it will get moldy!
This is my favorite grated Parmesan. It tastes the best. I do have to freeze most of it right away, as it can become moldy even before you open the plastic seal on the container. I take it out of the freezer a little at a time.
