Tastes good
Has a good flavor it does say mild, but it does have a mild kick. It’s not 100% spice free.. and it’s definitely smaller than a regular soup. Can keep that in mind if you’re like me and forget to read the ounces it’s hard to tell from the picture but if you’d like a lot of cheese, you’ll probably have to buy quite a bit because it doesn’t fill even a whole bowl so it wouldn’t be good for entertaining.

More of a spicey kick than expected
They are marketed as being “mild” but there is still a spicey kick to them. Also, even when warmed up, the cheese sauce stays thicker than we would prefer. You might this cheese sauce to your liking but we will keep looking.

I didn't expect much for $1.50, but this cheese sauce is still a major disappointment. Visually, it looks completely artificial, and the flavor is heavily metallic with almost zero real cheese taste. If you're looking for a decent shelf-stable cheese sauce, stick to the options in glass jars. Canned cheese is simply not worth the trade-off.
