Off the top of my head I’d say between 2&2.5” wide

Do you have to squeeze the bottle to dispense the glue?

Very little. But you will have to squeeze enough to overcome the vacuum. Glue comes out, air has to go in. Or squeeze it.

Can you apply contact cement with this roller, and would ut stand up to cleaning with acetone?

I haven’t use it with contact but I’m sure it wouldn't hold to acetone, I’m pretty sure it’s just for water based glues
