What to do if pump does not turn

Just saw this on YouTube: Loosen the cap and lift it slightly. Replace the cap and tighten it. Turn the pump. To my surprise, it popped right up!

Can I use a body scrub twice a week while also using this product daily?

So, I bought him exfoliating gloves so he can use all over. Within a few weeks his skin was all cleared up. His main problem was his feet and arms. He was told to use it twice a day and he did.
