Helpful weight loss tool
These are really good and a great alternative to a meal. IMO it tastes like drinking ice cream. Sugar content is low and it does not upset your stomachs, if anything you begin to feel full. Great for weight loss. It’s a little pricey but it’s a great protein booster

Huge amount of protein, tastes like a vanilla milkshake
I don’t know how everyone doesn’t drink these everyday. They are absolutely delicious and the easiest way to get an amazing dose of protein! As a vegetarian I struggle to meet my protein needs, so one of these a day is essential for helping me achieve my goal. 230 calories seems like a lot for a drink, but I’m full for hours after drinking one of these. I have issues with whey protein and the vegan protein powder all tastes like feet, but these Core Power Elite shakes don’t upset my stomach and they are actually delicious. I use them in pancakes, oatmeal, and baked goods, as well. They are a hit to the wallet, for sure, but I haven’t found them cheaper anywhere else and they are so important to my diet that I’ll have to start picking up extra nursing shifts to support my protein habit soon…sigh…

Protein Packed!
So many protein shakes taste horrible - but not this one! The vanilla is a really nice flavor and with 42 grams of protein - it's a winner! I recommend drinking it COLD. I gave this 5 stars because for a vanilla shake it is quite yummy - I do, however, prefer chocolate !

Fabulous all the way around. Muscle Milk had a slight 'chemical' Bought later due to need. Perhaps a change of recipe because the chemical taste was worse. After a few sips of Core from the bottle, put it in the freezer for ~ an hour. Voila! 'Milk' shake! 😁

Melted vanilla milkshake
Literally tastes like a melted vanilla milkshake. So good for helping me reach my protein goals. A tiny bit of an aftertaste but nothing compares to some of the gross protein shakes I’ve had

Perfect supply of protein to support VSG and bariatric lifestyle. Tasty flavors are awesome for adding to cereal, oatmeal, replacement of milk in baking, tea, coffee or by itself. Great way to maintain protein and liquid intake goals. Slightly pricey but worth it. Texture is not thick, no bad aftertaste
