Comfortable and totally black out
I bought this because we open our upstairs bedroom window at night to let the breeze in, but that morning sunlight is SO bright at 5:30-6:00 and we don’t need to be up that early. I needed something that could keep me asleep a little while longer. Other sleep masks don’t give the coverage like this one. This mask gives a total black out—zero light peeks though! The eye wells are deep enough to comfortably open my eyes. The memory foam is nice, not too firm or soft. The cover isn’t a silky satin that slips all over, it’s a comfortable cotton. The strap is great, wide and adjustable elastic. It stayed in place and on my face all night. As a side sleeper, it perfectly smooshes against the pillow for comfort.

Comfortable and total blackout
This is very soft with memory foam outlining the eye area. This gives me TOTAL blackout, which is what I was looking for. I am also a side sleeper and I have had no problems at all. Fit is very comfortable with an adjustable strap. It’s amazing how my sleep has gotten better since using this mask.

Best of 7 masks tried
For our family’s Alaska trip this summer, in the Land of the Midnight Sun, we knew we would need some kind of light-blocker in order to get a decent sleep. It was really hard to tell from the photos, descriptions, and reviews, which products were actually superior, so we purchased 7 different sleep masks. After trying all of them for two weeks, we can give other buyers our comparative reviews. Listed below in rank order from our best to worst, here are the 7 masks we tried: ZGGCD • This was the first one that I tried, and it worked so great. After this one, the other masks were okay, but they were just not quite as good as this one. (except for MZOO which was very, very similar). This ZGGCD mask was priced fairly at $9.99. MZOO • Another great model. Nearly identical to the ZGGCD brand, but it has a large MZOO brand printed on the front. And it cost twice as much. (I paid $19.99) LKY • These masks came as a 3-pack for $9.99. They were an economical option that worked surprisingly well, and were not uncomfortable. These were unexpectedly much smaller than the other masks, but they really did work fine. The band seemed tight, but it was adjustable – I guess I just never adjusted it. These masks kept the light out, and the eye wells were deep enough. Two of my college kids liked them well enough that they borrowed these for another trip they are taking next month. Alaska Bear • I figured this mask was just made for the Midnight Sun! Quite a bit smaller than the extra plush masks. Not very thick either, but again to my surprise, the small masks worked just as well as the luxury models. The price for this one was on the upper end ($14.99). Zenssia • The satin looked and felt luxurious, and at the $19.99 price, it tied with MZOO for being the most expensive mask we tried. The velcro band stays secure, and did not get caught in my hair. The cloth over the ears actually felt nice. But, I can’t say this mask was nice to sleep in. If you didn’t keep the band tight, the mask sort of shifts or spins over my face as I move. And if I pulled the band tight, it seemed to put all the pressure right across my eyes. So this mask was a no-go. LitBear • At $14.39, this was on the pricier end. There is a nose bridge piece that helps block any sneaks of light, but I preferred the superior comfort of the masks that didn’t have that extra fabric bridge, over having every last peep of light obliterated. I can say the nose bridge had a nice cool feeling that I liked. But the critical problem for me was that my lashes brushed on the inside of this mask. MABAO • The mesh fabric on the outside does not speak comfort, but I realize that the outside fabric does not really rub on the skin, so it shouldn’t matter. However, the eye pockets in this one were just too shallow. I hadn’t even known that shallow eye wells could be a problem, but I am sure glad we had other masks with the deep eye wells. We bought this MABAO mask at the budget price of $5.99 I might have mentioned that I am a real mover in my sleep, and sometimes these masks fell off, but to my surprise that didn’t happen often. Many in the family are side-sleepers, and none had complaints about buckles or straps pressing into their heads. After trying these 7 masks, we felt we could offer some helpful feedback to other shoppers. My best two recommendations were ZGGCD ($9.99) as the best mask of all, and LKY which was a decent and functional mask, and there were THREE masks for the same price. Then there were the three that I just could not get comfortable with: Zennsia, LitBear, and MABAO. I wouldn’t recommend these. Happy travels everyone!

Super Comfortable & Light Blocking, but Side Sleepers May Notice Eye Puffiness
This is a really well-made sleep mask overall. The material is soft, lightweight, and feels sturdy without being bulky. It stays in place through the night and doesn’t slip off, which I appreciate. The 3D contoured design is comfortable and gives your eyes space (great if you have long lashes), and it does an excellent job blocking out light completely. Size-wise, it provides full coverage without feeling too big, and it’s easy to pack for travel. The only downside for me is that I’m a side sleeper, and I noticed some puffiness around my eyes in the morning after wearing it, even with a loose fit. It may just be how the contoured edges sit against the face when sleeping on the side. Overall, it’s comfortable and works well, but depending on your sleep position, your experience might vary.

Perfect sleep mask!
Used for camping and was PERFECT. So comfortable— my eyes didn’t feel like they were being suffocated. Complete black out. Adjustable. Comfortable strap. Stayed put on my face and I move around a lot. All in all 5/5!

it works for us side sleepers-its so comfortable
my only complain and its minor is that this can move a bit but im sure i can alleviate that with tightening a bit more.. needless to say this is so good and for the price worth it.. its comfortable its completely blackout but you can open your eyes. it doesn't feel confining like a blindfold which traditional eye mask are. im so happy i got this

Amazingly comfortable!
I got my 1st mask in August 2025, and I can't live without it. In December, I got 3 more for my daughters, and they love them too. The mask is very well-made. I have been wearing it every day, washing it very often, and the mask keeps its shape and softness. I'm a side and back sleeper. The mask stays on no matter what position I'm in. The contoured design and soft fabric feel so comfortable, I don't feel like I'm wearing a mask, and there's no pressure on the eye at all. The strap is very flexible, adjustable, and very comfortable. I travel often, and the mask is a lifesaver when I'm on the plane for 8-9 hours......and every night at home, while my Himalayan Salt lamp stares at me all night long. I have not noticed any unpleasant odor. Best sleeping mask ever. Pros: - comfort, soft to touch memory foam - complete 100% light blocking - very lightweight - comfortable and adjustable strap - perfect for travel or every night use - gentle on skin, no eye pressure - washes very well - great price Cons: NONE

The best sleep mask
I live in Alaska and depend on this mask to sleep in the summer- I recently lost my old one and had to replace it and was grateful they are still making them. So comfortable, good quality, and works to block light out. The best sleep mask I’ve used. Even holds up when routinely thrown in the laundry!

Super Cómodo!!!
Permite abrir los ojos sin sentir fricción o presión en ellos. No comprime la nuca ya que la banda elástica es ancha y cómoda Vale mucho la pena para descansar!

Good product.
Material is comfortable and silky, easy adjustable fastening allowing for a snug fit. The 3d pocket allows the eyes to he covered fully, its fully dark underneath for me and is large enough over the eyes. Highly recommend.
