Bright, sweet, and super versatile
Iโve been using Fee Brothers West Indian Orange Bitters in my cocktails lately, and Iโm loving the flavor it adds. Itโs got a sweet orange marmalade vibe with just a hint of bitterness โ not overpowering, but enough to give drinks a nice depth. Iโve used it in martinis, old fashioneds, and even a few punches, and it always adds a smooth citrus kick. The bottle is easy to use and lasts a long time since you only need a few drops. Itโs also gluten-free and vegan-friendly, which is a nice bonus if youโre sharing drinks with friends who have dietary restrictions. Pros: - Sweet orange flavor with mild bitterness - Great in gin, whiskey, and rum cocktails

Stick with Angostura Orange bitters, but this is a good #2
Itโs okay, and reviewers seem to love it, but even in its wildest dreams, itโll never have the depth, complexity, or bite of Angostura's orange bitters. That said, if you prefer less of a bite, this works well. I like bitters with seltzer, and generally skip the alcohol entirely since it puts me to sleep very fast.
