My husband and I had never hadthis type of cheese before, ai had seen it was used for Philly cheesesteaks at a famous restaurant who has the best Philly cheesesteaks, and it is exactly what american sliced cheese should taste like, it has a sharp cheddar flavor, creamy in texture and it truly does make a good cheesesteak sandwich as well as cheeseburger or to just eat on its own!

The cheese is great. The flavor is sharp but smooth. It melts very creamy and smooth. Price is high but the quality of the cheese is high also! The only concern I had was about the shipping. When the package arrived the ice pack was liquid and very warm, not cool at all. The cheese was warm also.

This is “eat a hunk of cheese” kind of cheese! My Mama used to make macaroni and cheese with it! Now she’s gone and I make macaroni and cheese with it. Absolutely delicious!

This might very well be the best cheese on earth. It makes cheesesteaks creamy and even more delicious. Highly recommended!

Cooper Sharp, the "adult" American cheese. Taste galore, smooth, creamy and second to none. When I lived in NJ, I could buy it in the store. Here in WV, no one knows what it is and won't order it. So I bought a 5 pound package of Cooper Sharp. Sliced it in pieces large enough to make a grilled cheese sandwich for my wife and I. Wrapped each piece in parchment paper the same as you would a gift, then shrink wrapped each piece and froze them. Take a piece out of the freezer and put it in the fridge 2 hours before you want to use it. When you unwrap the cheese it is still smooth and creamy with that Cooper Sharp taste. It has been over 11 months since I froze the cheese pieces and they still taste like the first day. The price on Amazon (was, not sure now) very competitive.

I am never disappointed when I buy this cheese and I have brought it quite a few times. The quality is really good and the texture and taste never changes. I had a dinner party and served this cheese as an appetizer.I received so many compliments and everyone wanted to know where i purchased the cheese and the name. My whole family now buy cooper cheese. I will continue to buy it as long as the seller it. I forgot to add the price is very good for this amount of cheese. If you purchased at the deli I t is quite expensive.
