This is one of the best paring knives I have ever used. I owned a similar knife back in the U.S. and used it for nearly 25 years, which speaks volumes about its quality and durability. A very sharp and good knife. It's my 3rd repeat purchase. Please understand that it's a serrated kife primarily meant for cutting soft vegetables like tomatos 🍅 even though it can be used to cut any vegetable (except very hard ones). It's not possible to sharpen this knife as it will lose it's "teeth" but it can last upto 1 full year with regular use. Attached photo is after 1 year use.
