I buy so many products from Amazon that I don't have time to review. Maybe others feel the same way. But I took time to answer this in hopes it will help someone else like it helped me.
I spent years going through UTIs, (urinary tract infections), abated by antibiotics. It got to where the antibiotics became less and less effective due to bacterial (mostly  E Coli) resistance. I read that E Coli bacteria have an affinity for D Mannose more than for the bladder wall, and decided to try it. At the least sign of irritation or burning with urination, I take it. I use 1,500 mg with as much water as I can drink, and take it again after every time I urinate. Usually the bacteria wash out with the D Mannose within 24 hours, but I continue it for 3 days. Some may need 1 capsule prophylactically every day if your condition is really bad. In the last 4 years of discovering the product, I had to take antibiotics only once to end the infection. Remember to drink lots and lots of water with this. Also suggest pure 100% cranberry juice to go along with it, diluted with water..
