Fits perfectly and does the job
It baffles me that the Biomaster filter chose to include the finest sponges for the intake area, rather than the output! As others noted, the super fine sponges picked up lots of debris and predictably clogged up, reducing flow rates noticeably. The new filter sponges replaced the originals nicely, and are doing a great job. Oase just needs to make these prefilter sponges in the largest diameter sponge (blue), and put the finer sponge material in a tray just before the water is returned to the tank.

Get multiple sets
Great replacement sponges for my Biomaster thermo filter. I have purchased several sets so that I can easily swap them out when I do a quick cleaning. I have one set in the filter, one soaking/cleaning, and another set ready to go. Saves time when I am in a hurry.

I resume with the following statement: Oase brand is to be trusted. Their products and quality are excellent. Not only for those sponges, but in general. I know, it's a bit pricey but they really do the dirty work on my filter, so I give them 5 stars and thumbs-up !!

My preferred sponges for Oase 600 canister filter.
These are more coarse and clog less often for pre filter. I wished there was an option slightly more coarse. After a year, I had to replace them as they lost their shape in the filter.

These significantly reduced (eliminated so far) the noise from my filter

A must have!
This is a must have for the OASE canister filters. The 60ppi sponge that comes with them clogs up too fast for most systems. 30ppi last much longer while still doing a great job of pre filtering the water.

Good to have a second set for your biomaster
Even though the pre-filter feature on the biomaster makes cleaning easy, I find it good to have to minimize cleaning times/when the filter is off so a second set comes in handy.
