How does hydration alarm work on Timex watch?

Hydration mode provides a countdown timer with alert to remind you to drink during a workout.

Not clear about the wrist band. One video shows it as a [Velcro] band but, the video changes to a different watch completely so which is it??

They have two or three command digital. I have two of them one with a Velcro band and the other with a rubber band. Replacement bands are hard to get. The third is a command urban . Not sure if band on that one!
