I couldn't put the book down once i picked it up
When I started reading the book my first thought was that it's a repeat of the first book, however I was prooved wrong when I read further. Although this a a will's side of events from the first book, there are so many surprises and events that occurred that weren't a part of the first book. Everything in this last book of the series was rightly put and I couldn't put the book down once o picked it up.

EPIC ENDING TO THE BEST.SERIES.EVER!!!
Holy SMOKERS Batman! This is by far THE.BEST.BOOK.EVER! I about died while reading about Will and Lake again. This book, THIS ONE,made all of my dreams come true. I couldn't have asked for a better book. Will and Layken are two people that will forever hold a place in my heart. Seriously! No jokes about that one. I was utterly taken with The Coopers and The Cohens!When I first started reading This Girl last night, I instantly started to cry. My emotions runneth over. But not in a bad way, it was all wholesome yay this is really happening tears. Ok, so after my tears I was full of anxiety....I was anxious to see how Will portrayed everything. Now, don't get me wrong, I freaking LOVE POV's from men-they're always better. And I love Will, but I was all nerved up to see how he was going to portray EVERYTHING! Basically I was a fruit cake with crazy thoughts. Will Cooper is a freaking GOD! That man is sweeter than candy....oh and the way he loves Layken killed me little by little. Alright, I am alive, but you get what I am saying. He melted me! I'm totally completely IN LOVE with THE COOPERS! Yes plural, not just Will but Layken too! Oh and Kal and Caulder <3So after that little spiel, let me add this was the best ending to a series. Not only was it EPIC, it was beautifully written. I, myself, couldn't have asked for a better ending to a series. Really, I was floored. My mouth was agape at certain points in the story, tears would sting the back of my eyes, I would be a blubbering mess at points, and anxiety would strike me too. Now these are all feelings that I ONLY get, when I am so enthralled and feel everything in the story. I felt like Ms. Hoover displayed Will and Layken's love for one another fantastically. A[...] love!Will's side of Slammed just amazes me. Author Colleen Hoover had me falling in love all over again. It was like I was reading Slammed for the first time. But then I would have a mini flashback play throughout my head, like a movie reel, showing me everything that Layken felt, said, and did. Only, it was new because it was all Will.Oh dear goodness, and then you have Eddie and Gavin and it was such a different way to see those two too. I STILL absolutely love them. Gavin, he made me squeel a bit, ok Will did more, but Gavin is just great too! And Eddie she is such a wonderful BFF to Layken, and Gavin to Will. These two couples are it for me. You know what would be amazing? If we got a Gavin and Eddie book. Right?!?!? Who is with me? I would love to see how their life turns out after their bundle of joy is welcomed into this world....yeh that would be freaking awesome!!Ohhhh Ms. Hoover you have OUTDONE yourself yet again!! For cereal, This Girl blew me out of the water! I cannot say how much I LOVE Will and Layken and their crew. HANDS.DOWN.BEST.SERIES.EVER! Who knew my emotions would be all over the map. At times it felt like I was preggers again, I would be laughing, then all of the sudden crying, or just plain upset with the scenario happening. Like I said previously, my Emotions Runneth Over. This Girl not only gives us Will's POV, but it brings everything to a whole. A whole lot of love, happiness, and some sadness. But all and all This Girl shows us that love really does always complete you. Abro meus comentários dizendo que minha primeira impressão sobre esse livro não foi muito boa. Explico. Li Métrica (#1) e Point of Retreat (#2) dentro de uma semana e logo corri para o terceiro livro, This Girl. Com a minha mania de não ler sinopses, só descobri que se tratava de um "POV" (point of view - ponto de vista) do Will quando li o primeiro parágrafo. Não que eu não goste da versão masculina, mas o enredo de Métrica estava muito fresco na minha cabeça ainda, comecei a achar repetitivo e abandonei o livro. Um mês depois, sentindo falta de Will e Lake, retomei minha leitura. Então vai minha primeira sugestão: deixem a saudade de Métrica bater para começar esse livro e não se arrependerão. This Girl é muito bom e diferente de todos os "povs" que já li.Os parágrafos seguintes contém spoiler sobre os dois primeiros livros.This Girl começa logo após o casamento de Will e Lake e nos dá um gostinho da lua de mel, do jeito carinhoso que um trata o outro, do amor imensurável que sentem e das provocações divertidíssimas entre eles. Ah, mas não era o ponto de vista de Will da estória de Métrica?! É, e não é. Durante a lua de mel, Lake pede que Will lhe conte o que sentiu na primeira vez que se viram e a partir daí começa uma série de flashbacks contados por Will e interrompidos aqui e acolá pelos pombinhos recém casados. Eis o que o faz diferente dos demais!Não sabia que era possível, mas Will conseguiu me encantar ainda mais. Nos flashbacks vemos um Will ainda mais responsável, respeitoso e maduro, e compreendemos melhor suas atitudes e sua angústia. Nas quarenta e oito horas da lua de mel, é impossível deixar cair os cantos dos lábios. Você vai pegar-se sorrindo, amando, levitando. Vai querer abraçá-los, beijá-los e acarilhá-los.E quando eles voltarem para casa, você vai rir, vai gargalhar! Preciso dizer que Kiersten aparece e que é ela quem vai lhe arrancar essas risadas? Que personagem adorável!Quando tudo estiver lindo ao ler "fim", passe para o epílogo e verá. Verá um final alegre, divertido, leve e bonito. E realístico. E plausível. Majestoso. Fechou com chave de ouro, srta. Hoover! Ou melhor, com poesia!***Nível Inglês: Intermediário (É difícil indicar o nível da leitura em inglês, pois nem sempre o que eu considero intermediário pode ser fácil para alguém, ou avançado, mas eu diria intermediário, por não termos tantas gírias ou expressões regionais, nem tantos adjetivos complexos)
