Disappointed!

I have used Williams-Sonoma Kitchen linens and oven mitts for years. The quality must have changed. I washed them and they changed shape, unlike previous ones. They also shrunk.

These are great oven mitts but you only get one. I was surprised by that. It's why I only gave it 3 stars, if I'd gotten a pair I would have given five stars.
