Does this dry clear? If not what color does it dry?

The 206 hardener drys almost clear, is has a very little touch of Amber. West Systems has a "Clear" it is the 207 hardener. Unless you are using a blonde wood I seriously doubt you will notice the 206 slight coloring. Enjoy your project and always push the boundaries!

what is the pot life of this product

It depends a lot on the outside temperature and how large a pot you mix up. You want to use this slow hardener on large layups or during the summer heat. You use it in winter, and it can take a a long time to harden. Rough guess, I'd say you have a half-hour in summer and an hour or more in winter.

Why are there three pumps instead of two?

One pump in slow hardener 206b one is for regular hardener 207 and the other is for 105b epoxy resin 105b

what is the pot life of this product

I have been getting about 1 hour in an 80 degree environment in a very small batch (1-2 pumps). It cannot be used at temps below 60 degrees. It is exothermic: large batches get hot and will cure much faster.
